The Department of Equality at the University of Graz (now “Equity, Youth, Care”) celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2024. The theme: Diversität zählt! Diversity matters! We developed a full campaign for the occasion, highlighting their ongoing work and projects. The main visual was designed to symbolise continuous growth, change, and celebration. As an advocate for equity and equality—especially gender equality and women’s empowerment—collaborations like this are especially meaningful to me. Here’s to two decades of breaking barriers and building a fairer future.
